Schedule: Six classes for $180 or drop in for a single session at $50.
We’ll begin each class at 1:30 PM MST with a guided meditation and prompt, followed by a demonstration. The rest of the session will be dedicated to working together, with the final 30 minutes reserved for sharing.

After enrolling, you’ll receive a basic materials list and a guide to setting up your home studio.
