To maximize depth without triggering energetic exhaustion, our weekly 2 and half hour on line gatherings follow a spacious, unhurried monastic flow:

The Grounding Meditation (10 mins) We open the portal with a slow, stabilizing breathing practice to drop out of intellectual striving and down into physical presence.
Focused Intuitive Prompt (20mins)
15 minute break
The Witness & Reflection We share what is emerging for you and the group and I offer grounded guidance.
