We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in a live or virtual workshop. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our cancellation policy below:

Live & Virtual Workshops

Cancellation, Refunds & Credit:

• If you need to cancel your participation in a live workshop, please notify Mantecón Studio at least 30 days in advance to receive a refund, minus a $100 administrative processing fee, or a credit towards a future workshop.

• Cancellation notice for a refund received less than 30 days but more than 15 days in advance will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

• No refunds, or credits, will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days or less of the scheduled workshop.

Workshop Cancellation by the Studio:

In the rare event that Mantecón Studio has to cancel a workshop, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit for future use.

Virtual Products

If you are unsatisfied with a virtual product, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase to request a refund.

Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing or via email to our customer support team at mari@manteconstudio.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the request is approved.
