Perhaps you've been feeling the quiet call...

A longing to slow down.

To trust your intuition.

To create without striving.

To discover who you are beneath all the roles you've carried.

To remember that creativity is more than making art—it is a way of coming home to yourself.

‍ ‍ If so, you're in the right place.

I'm Lauren Mantecon

Helping people return to themselves through creativity, contemplation, and the wisdom of the soul.

I am an an artist, mentor, and educator who has spent more than three decades exploring the transformative power of creativity.

My work weaves together painting, contemplative practice, intuitive exploration, and personal reflection to help you reconnect with your authentic voice and create from a place of presence, meaning, and inner wisdom.

Whether you're an experienced artist, someone returning to creativity after years away, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, you'll find a welcoming space where the creative process becomes a path of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.

I believe every brushstroke, mark, and moment of quiet attention has the potential to reveal something true—not only about the work you're creating, but about the person you're becoming.

Welcome. I'm honored you're here.
