Ready to take your art process to the next level?

Dive Deep is an 8-month artistic exploration that prepares the way for bringing your potential to the world with clarity and intent. Through this process, you will cultivate your creative voice within an atmosphere of witnessing and accountability.

My role is as a guide, gently pushing you beyond your comfort zone into the new artistic territory. Along the way, I will share poignant practical and philosophical material gathered over my 25+ years of study that I have found to be effective and inspirational.

Dive Deep is designed to give voice to the unconscious self through artistic expression. We will explore technical skill development as well as nurture spiritual impulses that give rise to artistic creation. We will mine from our dreams and all aspects of our lives. Passions are not separated from the work we make.

A vital element of the program involves connection—linking people and spirit, people to people, and the bonds of this special community of creatives that we inhabit. The Dive Deep program is limited to 10 participants, selected for their artistic curiosity and ability.

· Live Weekend Workshop: Weekend live workshop (Thursday – Saturday) TBA to be announced. This shared witness of the art program sets the tone for the next 10 months of working together.

· Monthly theme and art prompt: Each month centers around a theme and a focused art prompt, which brings us closer to the essence of why we make the work and why we create. The prompts build upon each other and include a philosophical context as well as valuable content.

· Monthly Zoom session (2 hours): Each online session explores the monthly theme and art prompt in depth.

· Four Private Sessions with Lauren: Four private 30-minute sessions with Lauren for individualized needs

· One Virtual Weekend Workshop: Intensive weekend workshop explores issues requested by participants and includes demos.

· Buddy System: A partnership within the group allows us to be accessible to each other and adds another layer of support.

· Presentation and Statement: The culmination of the program prepares each participant to be able to present their work to the group and give a statement of their internal dialog—bringing you closer to your authentic voice.

· Supplemental Reference Materials: Supportive reference and reading materials complement the monthly prompt and theme.

The next session of Dive Deep begins in March 2024. I am currently screening individuals to join this amazing small community of art warriors.
