In Our Time Together

My role is to serve as your guide. Gently pushing you beyond your comfort zone into new artistic territory. Along the way, I will share poignant practical and philosophical material gathered over my 25+ years of study that I have found to be effective and inspirational.

Prompts will be given monthly that serve to integrate varied techniques into art making, providing novel inspiration and propelling your creative life force forward.

Dive Deep is designed to give voice to your unconscious self through artistic expression. My role as your guide is to support each individual in the technical skills you want to achieve, that best supports the content you want to express.

What you receive for being in the program

Monthly Theme and Art Prompt ~ Each month centers on a theme and a focused art prompt. The 8 months build upon each other ending with personalized presentations. Supplementing reading material for discussions that include philosophical theories that relate to art theory that include artists of the past and present.
Monthly Zoom Session ~ Each online session explores the monthly theme and art prompt in-depth. It also allows us to share and build the strength of our connection. We meet on a Saturday once a month- see the dates and times below. All sessions are recorded.
Three Private Sessions with Lauren ~ 40-minute sessions to discuss progress, process, techniques, and the work you are doing. ( All sessions to be used during the course of 8 months together).
9 months of unlimited email support from Lauren
One Virtual Saturday Workshop ~ Intensive- explores issues requested by participants that include demonstrations while painting together live stream. May 11th from 10:30- 3:00
4 Day Workshop Live in Lauren’s Studio ~ Santa Fe, New Mexico
Buddy System - A partnership within the group allows us to be accessible to each other and adds another layer of support. Partners change every two months.
Presentation & Statement ~ The culmination of the program prepares each participant with the ability to present their work to the group and give an artist statement.
Supplemental Reference Materials ~ Supportive reference and reading materials to complement the monthly prompt and theme.

The Details

Pricing is $4,400 and may be split up into three payments as well upon request.

We Begin on March 9th, 2024, via Zoom.

All meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month, lasting approximately 3 hours from 1:00-4:00 pm.

From October 10th-13th, 2024, we will have a 10:00-4:30 pm Live Workshop in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

All meetings are on the second Saturday of the month from 1-4 pm MST. The dates are as follows: March 9th, April 13th, May 11th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10th, and September 14th.

All meetings will be recorded.
