For over three decades, Lauren Mantecon has guided artists into deeper levels of presence, process, and personal revelation. Dive Deep is her signature online mentorship, rooted in Soul Narration, a practice developed at Mantecon Studio that treats art-making as a vessel for consciousness and transformation.

In Our Time Together

Lauren guides you with decades of teaching experience, an MFA in painting, and a lifelong study of metaphysics and the sacred in creative work.

Monthly themes integrate technique and intuition, stretching you into new territory while deepening your personal artistic voice.

Core Program – $1,995 (2 payments of $1,050)

• Monthly Themes + Art Prompts – Thoughtfully curated to integrate technique and intuition.

• Two Live Zoom Sessions per Month – 3-hour sessions (Tuesdays + Saturdays, 1–4 pm MST), all recorded.

• Light Email Check-Ins – Quick guidance to help you move past obstacles.

• Virtual Intensive Workshop – Livestreamed painting session shaped by participant requests.

• Buddy System – Rotating creative partners for accountability and deeper connection.

• Final Presentation + Artist Statement – A culmination to articulate your unique artistic voice.

VIP Program – $2,595 (2 payments of $1,350).

  To give you both mid-week momentum and a weekend immersion, we meet twice each month: once on a Tuesday and once on a Saturday. This spacing allows reflection, practice, and deeper integration between sessions.
