I’m a Professional Artist & Intuitive Mentor

My name is Lauren Mantecon,
a contemporary artist and mentor with more than three decades of studio practice and teaching experience. My work blends intuition, spiritual inquiry, and an alchemical approach to materials, guiding artists—especially women—to reclaim their creative voice and build a deep, transformative relationship with their art.

Whether you’re a beginner seeking confidence and technique or a seasoned professional ready for a bold leap, I offer guidance, encouragement, and practical and spiritual tools to help you grow your practice and discover your own distinct style.

Explore workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and creative retreats through Mantecon Studio—an open door to your next chapter as an artist.

PRIVATE MENTORSHIP

Want Some Individual Support?

A mentorship can be used for feedback on the work your doing, techniques you would like to master, the artist statement to reflect a more personalized voice, or accountability on a monthly basis.

Want another way to begin? Consider a virual class - go at your own pace, a live workshop , a Wednesday Studio drop in at Mantecon Studio in Santa Fe, NM, or email support for feedback of work in progress or finished pieces. A great adjunct to my free monthly prompts.
