This five day intensive is held in my large well lit studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

I have been painting for well over twenty years- I have been a part of artistic communities, academia and have owned my own business teaching art and selling.

Every artistic practice comes up against challenges. These can present themselves in the form of external and internal influences.

This five day workshop will investigate all the questions that prevail in a serious art making practice in both the studio and in the outer world.

Come prepared to take risks and challenge your own art making assumptions.

This workshop explores questions brought forth by you regarding your work, resulting in dialogue that can be a springboard to a more realized process and relationship with your work.

In a light filled studio we will work side by side with plenty of room to move around.

We will explore identifying the strengths and limitations of your current work and practice, and then re-energize your skill set.

Plenty of time will be set aside for breaks to visit galleries, museums, take a hike or have a massage. Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico has plenty to do and see.

Basic supplies are provided in studio- but you will be asked to bring the materials of your choice with you. You are welcome to use materials of your choice. Feel free to bring works already in progress or start with new work during the workshop. Drying time and size should be considered in relation to shipping.
